I met Carrie at Body Works for Women in Newnan GA. I was working there and she was hired to teach a yoga class. I was teaching Body Pump, Step and Cycle classes and I was curious to see what this yoga was all about. I was hooked the first class. Carrie is an amazing teacher and turned out to be and an amazing mentor and friend. I followed in her footsteps and went to the same yoga training center, Living Yoga in Austin, TX.
