About Me

About Me

Carrie Chauhan

I've been doing yoga and meditation since 2003. I became a Yoga Therapist, and then an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. If you had asked me before my son was born if I would ever homeschool, I probably would have said no. Then, at age 3, my son was diagnosed with Childhood Apraxia of Speech. So we became a homeschooling family. I hope by sharing our adventures in mindful homeschooling that it helps your homeschooling journey as well.
